Sergio Uriarte is a Paralegal at Benach Collopy. He works directly with attorneys to prepare petitions, applications and filings in immigration cpourt and federal court.
Sergio comes from a Bolivian immigrant family where he grew up on traditional Bolivian culture. His passion for immigration derives from personal experience and a personal commitment to human rights. During his undergraduate career, he volunteered to tutor immigrant high school students and helped them carry out their college plans. He also volunteered with different non profit organizations such as Brothers, in which he participated in numerous community aide service events, most of which were directed towards immigrant families and those in need.
Sergio is a Maryland University graduate where he obtained a B.A. in Accounting. He also obtained an Associates in Paralegal Studies from Montgomery College.
In his free time, Sergio likes to hang out with his dog, Hendrix.
