It’s official!  We have changed our name and our leadership to be Benach, Pitney, Reilly LLP.  Ava Benach, Sarah Beth Pitney and Erica Reilly will take the lead of this mighty vessel and continue the effort to provide high quality and creative legal representation to immigrants, their families, their employers, and their communities.  Now more than ever, it is essential that immigrants have access to excellent representation by a team that cares about them and believes deeply in the value of immigrants in this country.

The name has changed.  Letterheads will change, new business cards will be printed, signs will be made, BPR Pride swag will be procured.  But what will not change is the firm’s relentless pursuit of fairness, justice, due process, security and stability for our clients.  What will not change is the commitment to the cause of immigrant rights and human rights.  What will not change is the team of professionals ready to go the extra mile for our clients and to support immigrant communities.

These are dangerous times where long held assumptions and reliance are coming under assault on a daily basis by the anti-immigrant crowd.  BPR stands ready to defend immigrants wherever they are attacked and to work to expand rights and opportunities for immigrants everywhere possible.  That is our continuing to promise to you as Your Immigration Lawyers.
